Way before your favorite artist was rocking LV, Nike or Jordan, Run DMC set the early sneaker trend in Hip Hop by championing the classic Adidas shell toe. To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Run DMC, My Adidas is releasing a limited run of 1,986 pairs of the limited edition Superstar 80′s on November 11th. The shoe remains true to the classic shell toe and also features a number of trademark Run DMC symbols like the logo on the insole, a dope gold-rope dubrae and Jam Master Jay’s initials on the heels.
